Winter Postcard: Goya

Far from being a nice winter landscape, the Nevada and many other works of Goya tapestry, tells us a social conflict: ice cold and starving, the three farmers in the center of the composition are going to home without being able to buy a pig. However, the two servants who appear behind, much better dressed, carried on a donkey to eat the wonderful delicacy that his master has bought.
